One of our experienced English speaking surveyors will visit the residence and meet with the departing family/expatriate to consult on the best way of organizing the household goods move to the new destination. We will provide:

A full survey of all possessions within the residence and other storage locations to ascertain the weight and volume of the required shipment/s
Detailed and complete information on customs clearance and delivery at destination
Consultation on any required information regarding split shipments, storage, insurance, high value items, packing days required, mode of transportation and any other related subjects.
A detailed quotation

Utilizing our own assets and personnel within Japan, and also those of our partners, we will provide the highest quality packing services within the industry. Quality will be maintained through:
